Directions from Marrakech to Imlil and Tamatert Guesthouse

Take the Marrakech to Asni road (this is the road that eventually goes to Taroudant via the Tizi-n-Test pass). Marrakech is Asni is about 64 km and it will take about a 1 hour drive. In Asni take the first road on the left after the village to drive to Imlil. Asni to Imlil is about 17 km and it will take about 20 to 30 minutes to get there.

In Imlil, after you pass the central parking, the road splits in two. When you take a right, you will go in the direction of Aremd. When you go straight, you will go in the direction of Tacheddirt. To get to the guesthouse you need to go in the direction of Tacheddirt.

From the center of Imlil there are two ways to get to Tamatert guesthouse.

1. drive 10 to 15 minutes off-road to the guesthouse (1 km 800 meters).
2. walk up to the guesthouse. It will take you about 30 minutes.
